Sheaf Media Group Inc ("we", "us", or "our company"), operator of MyMarketPlan, based in Florida, United States, is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your personal information when you use our Service.

Information you provide:

• Email address and password, if you create an account
• Business information you enter into the intake form — business name, type, industry, location, budget, goals, target audience, and any competitor details you add — used to generate your marketing plan
• Notes you add to individual tasks, and messages you send in a task's AI chat
• Payment information processed by Paddle (we never receive or store your card details)

Information collected automatically:

• Standard web server logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited)
• Authentication session cookies required for the Service to function

We use your information to:

• Generate your marketing plan and scheduled task list
• Provide, maintain, and improve the Service
• Process payments and manage subscriptions
• Send transactional emails (account confirmation, password reset)
• Respond to questions you ask in a task's AI chat
• Detect and prevent fraud or abuse
• Comply with legal obligations

To generate your plan, the business information you submit (and, for task chat, your questions) is sent to our AI providers — OpenRouter (for plan and chat generation) and OpenAI (for embeddings used in semantic search, not for chat). These providers process this data to return a response but do not use it to train their own models under our terms of use with them. We do not sell your business information to anyone.

We use only the essential cookies Supabase (our authentication provider) sets to keep you signed in. We do not currently use advertising or analytics cookies. You can configure your browser to reject cookies, though this will prevent you from staying signed in.

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with:

• Paddle: secure payment and subscription processing (our Merchant of Record)
• Supabase: database storage and authentication
• OpenRouter and OpenAI: plan generation, task chat, and embeddings, as described above
• Legal authorities: when required by law

We retain your account and saved plans while your account is active. If you delete a saved plan, its data (business profile, generated plan, and scheduled tasks) is deleted immediately. If you delete your account, we delete your personal information within 30 days, except where we must retain it for legal or tax obligations. An unsaved, anonymously-generated plan draft is automatically deleted after 7 days if never claimed by signing in.

We implement technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including:

• SSL/TLS encryption on all communications
• Secure, hashed password storage
• Row-level database access controls scoping your data to your account
• Restricted access to personal data

Depending on your location, you may have the following rights over your information:

• Access: request a copy of your personal data
• Correction: correct inaccurate data
• Deletion: request deletion of your data
• Portability: receive your data in an exportable format
• Objection: object to certain processing of your data

The Service is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us so we can remove it.

Your information may be transferred to and processed in the United States and other countries where our service providers operate. By using the Service, you consent to these transfers. We take steps to ensure such transfers comply with applicable data protection laws.
