Terms of Service

By accessing or using MyMarketPlan (the "Service"), operated by Sheaf Media Group Inc ("we", "us", or "our company"), based in Florida, United States, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.

MyMarketPlan generates AI-assisted marketing strategy reports and offers:

• Free generation and viewing of a full marketing plan (business summary, competitive analysis, SWOT, target market, buyer personas, strategy, and budgeted initiatives)
• An optional day-by-day 30/60/90 task checklist, calendar view, task notes, and AI task chat for a specific saved plan, available by subscription
• An optional print/PDF export of a saved plan's strategy sections
• A blog with marketing guidance for small business owners

Plans are generated using AI language models grounded in a curated knowledge base, based on the business information you provide. The output is a starting point for your own marketing decisions, not professional business, legal, financial, or tax advice, and we do not guarantee any particular business outcome from following it. You are responsible for evaluating the plan's suitability for your specific business before acting on it.

Generating and viewing a plan does not require an account. Saving a plan, unlocking its task checklist, or purchasing a print export requires creating an account with a valid email address and password. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity under your account, and must notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

Plan generation and viewing are free. Two add-ons are paid, each scoped to one specific saved plan rather than your account as a whole:

• A recurring monthly subscription that unlocks that plan's task checklist, calendar, notes, and AI task chat
• A one-time purchase that unlocks printing/downloading that plan's strategy sections as a PDF

Payments are processed securely by Paddle.com, our authorized reseller and Merchant of Record. Paddle handles payment processing, applicable sales tax/VAT, and billing on our behalf — your statement will show a charge from "Paddle.com" or similar. By subscribing, you authorize recurring monthly billing until you cancel. You can cancel a plan's subscription at any time; cancelling stops future charges but does not retroactively refund the current billing period.

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Submit illegal, fraudulent, or malicious content in the intake form
• Attempt to circumvent the paywall on task content or print exports
• Scrape, reverse-engineer, or resell the Service's output at scale
• Interfere with or overload the Service's infrastructure
• Violate applicable laws in your jurisdiction

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these conditions without notice or refund.

The Service, including its code, design, and branding, is the exclusive property of Sheaf Media Group Inc. The business information you submit remains yours; by submitting it, you grant us a limited license to process it (including sending it to our AI and knowledge-base providers) solely to generate and display your plan. The generated plan content is yours to use for your business.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sheaf Media Group Inc is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of, or inability to use, the Service, including business decisions made based on a generated plan. Our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid us in the preceding 12 months.

We aim to keep the Service available continuously but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may perform scheduled or unscheduled maintenance. We are not liable for losses arising from Service interruptions.

We may modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by email or a prominent notice on the Service. Continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. Any dispute will be resolved in the competent courts of the State of Florida.
